One of the worst experience here with the spa. Booked originally for 30 mins foot and 60 minutes body.

Initial male therapist was just lightly grazing my feet and... read more I had requested the change after 10 minutes. There was no communication from a therapist to another during the change as a result the second therapist though I had a one hour foot.

This ended up with 30 minutes massaging only the right foot but not touching the left.

This was extremely disappointing with the female front desk staff I think her name was Data. Being the only girl that spoke English had no communication with her staff causing misunderstanding between both male therapist.

As a result I had to do a one hour foot massage and cancel the body. Total waste of my time. If the therapist were good I didn’t even need to change in the first place.

Avoid this place at all cost. You get much better massage elsewhere

The massage was good and the place was clean. They try to keep a quiet atmosphere, but there were only curtains separating the foot massage treatment area so you can hear people talking or snoring.

Overall it was good for the price and I would come back.

We left with a headache and hurting shoulders. It was far from relaxing. Really don’t know how this place has such high ratings - unless we really got unlucky (with 2 masseuses in a row).

Since I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain for quite a while I was hopeful that this would help me. I can usually withstand a lot of pain so I wasn’t worried about the firm treatment. My massage therapist’s name was Teaw and I’m so grateful I had her. She was so professional, considerate and an exceptional therapist. She is strong and knew exactly where I was having the tightness. In all honesty, it did hurt a lot in the places where I was tight but I was willing to grin and bear it in order to be loosened up.

A couple of days after my first massage and the day of our flight home, I went back to see Teaw to get a foot and leg massage/treatment. She was kind enough to also massage my neck and shoulders as I still had tightness. I wish I had found this place earlier during our visit to Bangkok as I could have gone back for more treatments.

The spa is clean, staff are professional and prices are fair.
